This site is wholly owned, developed, and hosted by Jibben Consulting Services, Inc. (JCS) to provide a free service to help people to find the fastest way to pay off their debt and to become debt free.

This site was developed as a show case of what JCS can do in web development using a programming language called ColdFusion and Microsoft SQL Server for database services.

This site was published in 2009.
